Abigail has been a valued member of the practice team for over a year and was recently promoted to Lead Receptionist in recognition of her dedication and excellent organisational skills. During her time with the practice, she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.

In her role, Abigail oversees the reception team and plays a key part in coordinating appointments, managing patient enquiries, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming front-of-house environment. Her highly organised approach and attention to detail help ensure that both patients and colleagues are supported effectively at all times.
